What is a good, healthy meal plan for one day for a petite 15 year old that's vegetarian?

i'm a dancer so i need a healthy meal plan!
What is a good, healthy meal plan for one day for a petite 15 year old that's vegetarian?
Hi. My sister is a Vegetarian and she plays volleyball and soccer for the school. I don't know to much about a typical healthy diet for vegetarians but I always see her eat so healthy.


Be sure to eat plenty of Fruits, Veggies, Nut and Legumes(beans).





When it comes to eating Fruit don't go overboard otherwise you could end up with much sugar in your body as if you were eating a candy bar. Veggies are endless. The possibilities are endless. Just don't limit yourself to a salad everyday. You could make like a veggie platter for dinner. You don't have to follow this. You make your own routine. This is a typical day for my sister





Breakfast:


Multi-Grain Cheerios w/ Soy Vanilla Milk


Fresh Fruit


OJ





Lunch:


Fresh Garden Salad or


Vegetarian Chicken Sandwich or Burger


(you can buy those Boca or Morning Star Farms at the store)





Dinner:


Pasta Primavara(Pasta, veggies such as carrots, broccoli)





You don't have to follow this. But just keep it simple. Things like Fruits, Veggies, plenty of water and be sure to talk a multivitamin.
