Planning to move to Germany early next year. Does any one know how long it will take for me to get a job?

Looking at Berlin and Munich as my first two places. If no luck in those two places, then maybe Koln. Any help or advice anyone has out there will be most helpful. :)

Rather try to find a job BEFORE moving there, germany still has a high unemployment rate.
Reply:first you should learn German but there are jobs like at McDonald's you also could get with a just basic knowledge in German...but it's not paid well!
Reply:It really depends what kind of jobs you're looking for; what are your qualifications; whether you've got a job permit ; and whether you can speak German.





Berlin is the cheapest to live in (and the coolest), but also the one with the most unemployment.

If you're serious, I recommend you'd start applying for jobs before actually coming to Germany.
Reply:if you kno the german language then it should take you weeks but if you dont kno s!@# ...then expect looking at months or years to get a job...
