who has started a small business selling gaming stuff it would be nice to know how much it costs you a month and how much you earn...etc

You can't start a home business...Not unless your parents are the ones running the show. Not Ebay or anywhere else.
Because everytime you buy something or get a haircut...or anything else, it's a contract between the buyer and seller for those goods or services.
You're a minor. Minors can't enter into contracts for any purpose.
